Hold Harmless Clause免受損害協定
I agree that Blair Singer Companies, its agents and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury, or death to any person or property of the attendee, its agents or employees, or third parties, from any cause or causes whatsoever while in or upon said premises or any part thereof during the term of this agreement or occasioned by any occupancy or use of said premises or any activity carried on by the attendee in connection herewith, and the attendee hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Blair Singer Companies, its agents and employees from all liabilities, charges, expenses and costs on account of or by reason of any such injuries, deaths, liabilities, claims, suits or losses however occurring or damages growing out of the same.
無論本協定文中是否有明白列舉或說明，我同意布萊爾‧辛格本人及活動課程相關之公司組織(註一)、代理商、職員、工作人員等，完全豁免於參與課程學員、代理商、職員、或第三方等人，因行動而產生形式或任何理由所造成的傷害、死亡、個人財產損失等，所產生的相關責任、損害理賠、或法律訴訟等情事。在此立約承諾並同意布萊爾.辛格本人及課程演講相關之公司組織、代理商、職員、工作人員等，因自己所發生之任何理由及任何形式上之損傷、死亡、連帶責任、要求權、主張權、法律訴訟、請求賠償等等衍生出來的狀況，擁有免罰免賠償、保障保護、避免保留、免受到損害等權力。

I, the undersigned, hereby give the organizers and all entities acting with their permission or upon their authority, the absolute right and unrestricted permission to use my name, voice, likeness and/or presentation, in, and in connection with, the recordings (and any and all portions and derivatives thereof), and to use, copy, sell or otherwise distribute such recordings (and any and all portions and derivatives thereof) in any and all forms and media, and waive any right that I might have to approve the recordings and uses thereof. I also assign to the organizers any rights (e.g. copyrights) that I might have in the recording (in any and all forms and media), and/or my contribution to the recordings.
我，簽署者本人，在此賦予許可並授權給主辦單位以及該公司轉授權的單位，絕對的權利和不受限制的許可，來使用本人姓名、聲音、肖像及/或錄製品的呈現和連結(以及任何衍生性產品)，而且也包括以任何所有形式的媒體在使用、複製、販售以及其他部分如錄製品(以及任何及其全部衍生性產品)，同時放棄任何需要經過本人認可的錄影內容以及使用的權利。本人同時讓渡在錄製品方面(任何及所有形式和媒體)上所有的權利(例如:著作權)以及本人對於錄製品的一切貢獻給主辦單位。
I understand that I will not be compensated in any way, beyond being a participant in the creation of, and perhaps identified in, the recording, and that the organizers are relying upon this Agreement and would not have incurred the expense of creating the recording without it.
本人了解並同意，除了在錄影中露臉或者被特別介紹外，個人均不會得到任何其他形式的酬勞或補償。同時我也瞭解，主辦單位完全取決於此項協議才會（如果此項協議不存在則不會）進行創作及錄影等行為。
