Hold Harmless Clause免受损害协定
I agree that Blair Singer Companies, its agents and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury, or death to any person or property of the attendee, its agents or employees, or third parties, from any cause or causes whatsoever while in or upon said premises or any part thereof during the term of this agreement or occasioned by any occupancy or use of said premises or any activity carried on by the attendee in connection herewith, and the attendee hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Blair Singer Companies, its agents and employees from all liabilities, charges, expenses and costs on account of or by reason of any such injuries, deaths, liabilities, claims, suits or losses however occurring or damages growing out of the same.
无论本协定文中是否有明白列举或说明，我同意布莱尔‧辛格本人及活动课程相关之公司组织(注一)、代理商、职员、工作人员等，完全豁免于参与课程学员、代理商、职员、或第三方等人，因行动而产生形式或任何理由所造成的伤害、死亡、个人财产损失等，所产生的相关责任、损害理赔、或法律诉讼等情事。在此立约承诺并同意布莱尔.辛格本人及课程演讲相关之公司组织、代理商、职员、工作人员等，因自己所发生之任何理由及任何形式上之损伤、死亡、连带责任、要求权、主张权、法律诉讼、请求赔偿等等衍生出来的状况，拥有免罚免赔偿、保障保护、避免保留、免受到损害等权力。

I, the undersigned, hereby give the organizers and all entities acting with their permission or upon their authority, the absolute right and unrestricted permission to use my name, voice, likeness and/or presentation, in, and in connection with, the recordings (and any and all portions and derivatives thereof), and to use, copy, sell or otherwise distribute such recordings (and any and all portions and derivatives thereof) in any and all forms and media, and waive any right that I might have to approve the recordings and uses thereof. I also assign to the organizers any rights (eg copyrights) that I might have in the recording (in any and all forms and media), and/or my contribution to the recordings.
我，签署者本人，在此赋予许可并授权给主办单位以及该公司转授权的单位，绝对的权利和不受限制的许可，来使用本人姓名、声音、肖像及/或录制品的呈现和连结(以及任何衍生性产品)，而且也包括以任何所有形式的媒体在使用、复制、贩售以及其他部分如录制品(以及任何及其全部衍生性产品)，同时放弃任何需要经过本人认可的录影内容以及使用的权利。本人同时让渡在录制品方面(任何及所有形式和媒体)上所有的权利(例如:著作权)以及本人对于录制品的一切贡献给主办单位。
I understand that I will not be compensated in any way, beyond being a participant in the creation of, and perhaps identified in, the recording, and that the organizers are relying upon this Agreement and would not have incurred the expense of creating the recording without it.
本人了解并同意，除了在录影中露脸或者被特别介绍外，个人均不会得到任何其他形式的酬劳或补偿。同时我也了解，主办单位完全取决于此项协议才会（如果此项协议不存在则不会）进行创作及录影等行为。
